Packetdata & customer service
Customer service is very poor and not responding well.
Hello Tunes namely still 75/- Lost in my mobile. What is Packetdata when needed than not available your service.
My model no. 5300
Please take necessary action as eary as possible

N70 ME - Calls not logged from 1st day
Kind Attn : India Nokia Cell
I purchased Nokia N70 last week.
From very first day Cell phone is giving lot of problem. Phone doesnot log any dialled or missed calls.
Messages also not getting stored. I tried every suggestion given my technical support. I do not know why such a big company make fool of us.
I will go aginst such company till every level and will do best to get my product replaced.
My brother is in Times of India.
Its my biggest mistake to go with Nokia.
This is one of the worst brand.
Please help me!!

CAMERA ALWAYS ON STANDBY MODE
Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice the following information for your immediate attention and action.
Being a customer from South Karnataka (Hubli) I had purchased Nokia 6280 Series on (08/12/2006) .with EMI bearing NO. 357926008478567 Within two months I noticed a complaint that my set was on Camera Standby mode, which was immediately notified to the dealer (Nokia Priority) who attended to my complaint I was given a set with new EMI bearing No. 357926003793846. After 2 months.
After using it for 4 months, again for the second time the same problem persisted, for which I had to approach the dealer and handed over the set on 28.8.2007 for rectification. After 2 months I was told that the set cannot be repaired and hence I was given another EMI bearing NO. 357926004354242.
Immediately the very next day there was the same problem where the set was again handed over to the dealer.
Looking to the above repetition complaints, I would like to demand for New Model set of Nokia of the same price at today’s market price.
Hope the matter is clear, and expect your good self to look in this matter and sort out the issue at the earliest failing which the matter will taken seriously.

battaery replacement

i have got nokia BL 5C battery which i am using currently. as per the advertisement of nokia, i gave the details of the battery in the website, but, i didnt get any battery from nokia. i can see the below status in the site,

Hello Tunes
I want to get rid of my hello tune as it has worstened the situation of my cell phone.I subdcribed for the hello tunes service on airtel which was precede with its as ad cited to press the button allotted for the hello tune fr the desired song.I did so a couple a days back and now a problem arises.Whenever sum1 calls up,only half the hello tune is placed which is precede by a false ring(normal).So my cell only rings fr a span of 3 seconds and the opposite person is under the impression that my cell is still ringing.So please help as to how i can get rid of this irritating hello tunes service.I also tried the number which sent me the conformation that Hello Tune has been set in ur phone...but it only provided service fr downloading hello tunes,not getting rid of them.
Please help..!

I had brought i nokia n95 3 months back. from the very first day it has been giving me problems i had given it to the service center more than 3 times and this time its almost 21 days and they are not responding to me and giving me dates after dates

Nokia N72 Battery Problem & Nokia Customer Service Useless
Hi there,
I bought Nokia N72 cell phone on 15th Oct 07, which is just 15 days old as of today. I experience battery drying problem in it. Nokia Service Center needs 25 days to get it repaired from Chennai. Sudhir Kulkarni and Deepa Singh from 30303838 (Customer Service) can't help me in replacing my mobile and were very rude. Now all that I have to get is a repaired piece after 25 days for paying 9000/- which I dont agree for. Disgusting Nokia products and disgusting Nokia Services.

Stolen Mobile Phone
Dear Sir,
My mobile (Nokia 5300) has been stolen. I informed the vendor about that incident happened. They said that I should register a complaint at the local police station and register an online complaint at www.nokia.com. Therefore I registered the complaint at local police station, but I was not able to locate any complaint section at www.nokia.com.
