PLEASE BE NOTED THAT I BOUGHT A NOKIA 6265 IN CHENNAI FROM THE MOBILE STORE SERIAL NO 03708919981 IT IS A TOP END CDMA PHONE WITH SLIDE MODEL.

AFTER 2 MONTHS OF USE THE SLIDE SCREEN WAS BLANKED AND WHEN TAKEN TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY SWAPPED THE HADSET IN 10 DAYS .

AGAIN AFTER 2 MONTHS THE SAME ROBLEM OCCURED I HV GIVEN THE SMEFOR SERVISE .

BUT I NEED TO KNOW BUYING A HANDSET AT AROUND 400$ DO WE EXPECT A SHELF LIFE OF 2 MONTHS ?? WHAT HAPPENDS IF THE SAME PROBLEM COMES AGAIN AFTER WARRANTY ARE WE BUYING SUCH HIGH END PHONES JUST TO BE CHEATED THERE IS NO QUALITY STANDARDS NO COMMITTMENT .

I NEED A REPLY FORM THE NOKIA PEOPLE WHY IS THIS HAPPENING FOR A TOP END MODEL

myself Atar singh i have purchase a nokia 3250 model on 29 october 2006 .
it get repeatedly nonfuntioning , i give it to a nokia care gwalior for a four times . but it get again nonfunctioning , and i submit it to nokia care gwalior on 7 August 2007 , today is 25 october ,about 79 day from submiting my set.
in this period i do numerous call to nokia care bhopal and also nokia care banglore.
my job sheet no, at gwalior is 27737.
my complaint no. at bhopal is 128945
and at banglore is 2-2h1u3x.
IEMI no, of my cell is 357933006536750.
i am very mently and economicaly harrased by nokia care bhopal and banglore ,it is very costly yo call nokia care banglore.
behavior of them is also very irritating they call hold me for many minute s it is very costly to me .
please help me to getting my cell.
i never again purchase nokia cell and i also tell to other never buy nokia product

It’s an issue of great concerned and shames that company like Nokia care acting like a street side shops. I have purchased one hand set of Nokia Model No 6235, from Tata teleservices Limited on dt 28/2/2007 vide Invoice No TTSL/DEL/PO/CON/6797
.It is very sorry to say that from the day first, one function of the set i.e. extra Box function not working at all. In this regards I made several complaints and visited several times to Noika care centre.
Finally on 30/8/2007 I returned back my set to noika care (Dexter digital Lab) with my all complaints. The Noika care centre didn’t take any action and unnecessary calling me as assuring that the problem is soughed out. But in actual grounds noting was soughed out. After my regular follow-ups one Old set was offered me in exchange, which was not acceptable to me.

Now after considering the all above facts, I presumed that company like NOKIA at lest deled with their customers with some regards and honesty. The company like Nokia has some reputation and I have full faith on that.

Kindly Change my handset and issue me a new handset with companions of Rs 10000/ for my mental harassment and problem which I have faced due to this entire episode. If the same is not considered within a week, than I have no other option but to move to Consumer forum to resolved my issue.

I want to delete hello tune from my cell phone. It was not entered by me. Please help me to delete the same immidiately.

1. I bought a Nokia 2865 CDMA Phone on 4 Jan 2007 from Delhi. I bought Nokia Phone because I thought Nokia is a Brand Name and will provide me a Best Product with Best Service in the Market but Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly and also I am without a phone for almost a month, which is a basic need for life.

2. I tried to contact Service Centre but their Reply is that we have already forwarded the handset twice for the same Problem but it’s not their fault it’s the fault from Main Service Unit which always sends the Report that the set is OK.

3. Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa.

4. I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through internet, I also visited to Service Centre thrice in 20 days to check the status of my report. I have several complaint numbers regarding my Hand Set

6) Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

7) I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month.
