lost my cell phone
i mr.anil ghule frm pune city had lost my cell phone nokia 8800 and then lodged a complaint in the police station after that i sent my cell details n the fir to the nokia company to help me out in tressing the cell but was in vain they are being to lazy to tress out my cell

nokia care
we have deposit my cell phone model no 5200 on 21.9.2007vide their jobcard no 244343506/070921/58 in shree shayam sai comunication shop no 1 geeta complex delhi rohtak road rohtak.
after that we are regularly follow upwith nokia care centre but till today we dont get our mobile or not any further delivery date ,they said only when the mobile is ok they deliver the same

unknown people calling me on my number
i have have an air tel connection in bangalore and unknown people are calling me. which is disturbing me the person threatens me that he will track down from where i am calling as he works in a tele com company.i do not want my identity to be revealed to others even if he is a worker in the telecom company

Poor sevices
I had purchased Nokia 6265- CDMA in the month of Feb, 07 and started experiencing network problem from June, 07. As advised by the dealer I submitted the instrument to the Nokia care centre in Bangalore (Malleswaram) for the service. They committed saying they will rectify the problem in two weeks time. They took almost 9 weeks to deliver the instrument after series of follow-ups and blast. Unfortunately it worked for only two weeks and again I experienced the same problem and again I had given the instrument to nokia care centre on 13th slept, 07. The due date for the service was 26th sept and I also lodged a complaint in nokia care centre. Till today (24th Oct) I have not received my corrected instrument. Nokia customer care is very poor in their service and Nokia is no longer a good product

Problem in Nokia 6070
I had purchased Nokia 6070 in October 23, 06. Before completing one year it is creating a problem in reading sim card. I went service center 3 times but problem remain same. They are saying that they will replace my set but i think this is not possible because customer care nokia says it is not necessary.

Should anybody told me where i can complaint so that i gain some fruitful option.

MOBILE NOT WORKING
I REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN UR NOKIA SERVICE CENTER ON (GG-2nd 7A VIKAS PURI )1st OF OCTOBER 2007 MY JOB SHEET NO IS 247340038/071001/1 BECUSE MY CELL WAS IN BAD ORDER TODAY IS 23 rd OF OCTOBER BUT UNTILL I HAVEN"T RECEIVED MY PHONE.
PLS LOOK THIS IMMEDIATELY

taking too much time too repair
i hav given my cell n73 to nokia care in allahabad at mobial hut on 13/10/2007 they are taking too much time too repair they have not repair it till20/10/2007

phone not working properly
I have purchased nokia3110c on 01/09/2007
and right after two days of purchasing it start poor function.It restarts if any content taken from bluetooth or from computer.when the music library updated it restart 3 to 4 times.I have also submitted my mobile for 1 month to higher technitions who repaired the phone but again after 1 week it start giving problem.Kindly solve it.

Replacement of charger
I bought a mobile phone Nokia N 73 two months back in Mumbai from the shop HOTSPOT a Nokia retailer in Vashi Mumbai. After around 20 days the charger was not working. I gave back the charger to the retailer for replacement . They informed that they have sent to service center for replacement. It is almost more than forty days & they have not done anything. I have visiteted to Nokia retail shop for more than 5 times and called more than 10 times on phone but they have not replaced the same. Every time they say that it is not in stock.

What is the meaning of warranty of such a big company if they can,t replace even a charger in more than forty days. I have not found such a bad customer service by any of the company. The company is least bothered for its customer and its approach to customer service is really worst class.

This mail I have written so that if some responsible official of Nokia reads it he can think of the customer plight and introspect if this is the service for which they are there.

I shall request to the head of Nokia Customer service in India to pl. see this and if at least he /she can get replaced my non working charger, I shall thank him ,at least some one in the company bothers for the customer

Want to stop service of my instrument.
My cellphone is lost & i want to stop it's usage. The IMEI no. is 358363007757511. If possible suggest the way to stop it.
