Poor service!
I work in HCL Comnet and I had given my 16 days old phone N5700 in Nokia Care in Green Park. I was told on Sat that you will get your phone on Monday and i was told that these are the numbers please call and come. I called those numbers more than 100 times but either it comes Number Busy or the phone is ringing no one picks up the phone. It is really ridiculous. How they are handling customers are so bad. I really don't know what to do. I am fed up the nokia services!!!

Poor service!
As i buy the new NOKIA N-91 series mobile from one of mine friends nokia gallery... on 11th AUG 2007. from 3rd week the mobile started giving problems over the problems... it hangs, it heats up while on call. I took this at a cost about 13,000 indian Rs. But no one is helping me as the dealer is saying ur mobile is sent to service center but already the 1 month is to completed after i buy the mobile.
Previously i was using ERRICSSON but i thought nokia will be mine nest choice but i was wrong... all are bloody liars... for providing services.

Replacement of the mobile and now the battery
Twice i had given my phone at the service center but instead of repairing it they had made the flap also very loose and had no reply for that again they had asked for the replacement of the battery, to send a sms to them but i got the reply that we will get back to you then and now one month has passed since then.
This is the way the company gives service to its customers...

Faulty products
This is Arun J Kumar from Bangalore I have brought a New nokia 6233(Music Edition) in the month of May2007. And till date I have been facing many software issue with the phone and I have sent the phone for service for almost 5 times with 4 month and now I call the customer care they say they cannot do anything without the job sheet # and nokia once they service the phone they take the job sheet back and kormagala they did not give me any job sheet # , and when I called the Nokia care they were very hard one me and when I told that I will go the Consumer Court they told do what u want to do we will not be able to help you at all hence I did not know what to do and even now my phone is not with me it is with the nokia sale person where I purchased the handset from they told that they will send the unit to service and give me the unit by Wednesday that is on 19/09/2007. But when I called told and when there they told that service center did not give the phone now they tell me to come next Thursday 27/09/2007 for the hand sent and in the month of Aug and sep I have used the phone only for 2 week that is I gave my phone for service in kormagala on Aug 15th 2007 and they gave it on Sep 7th 2007 and then I gave my phone for service again on sep 15th 2007 and now they telling me to come on 27/09/2007, So I believe that I need to give a consumer complain they tell do whatever u want to do they are not responsible about this issue hence I need to have a complaint against the nokia because Nokia thinks that we Indian are not covered and we will not come back with any complains even it has a problem. So I believe even you people will help me or not I don’t know. In this case I don’t know how many Indian get these problem with the phone I want to take this issue very seriously. Please someone help me. And thanks a lot for helping me.

Battery replacement!
I had submitted the 26 digit serial no. of the battery through product advisory of nokia.co.in on 15th August 2007. It is more than a month and I am yet to receive the replacement. No customer care telephone number,no email assistance. Waiting for the courier to come!!! Unable to use the phone due to faulty battery. Nokia's Customer Service officers at Bangalore are the WORST in the whole world. They don't know how to serve the customers. VERY VERY disappointing to note that the world's leading mobile manufacturer has world's notorious customer service center in India. My sincere advice to buyers of mobile phone: NEVER THINK OF BUYING NOKIA MOBILE PHONE IF YOU WANT BETTER CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE.

I had registered the 26 digit battery number on 16th august 2007 but till date I had not received the replaced battery. Anyone suggest.

Poor service!
I received a text message to say I had won an amount of 91000.00 GBP I had to email back to Dr. Anthony Floyd to verify and he would then send me a payment release document. I have not yet received the document but he has asked me for my preferred courier so that Nokia can send me a cheque. I have since spoken to Nokia in the UK and they have confirmed it is a scam. Dr Floyd also said that Nokia UK would not confirm the promotion because they are worried about fraudsters and they would email me documents.

Sweepstakes scam!
Was contacted by cellphone (not internet) to say I had won 91 000 GP in Nokia sweepstakes. Subsequently filled in forms sent by email - realized this is a scam and then they started calling 6am two days telling me to send money for courier and choose courier. Eventually I told the man that I would not send the money even if I had it with no guarantees this was not a scam. He slammed down the phone - saying a very harsh - "goodbye".

Avoid using Nokia mobiles!
Hi,
I have purchased nokia 6125 in Jan 20007. It had display problem so submitted the cell to nearer Nokia Care Center in June 2007. I got that cell back in august 2007. When i got the cell the display problem was resolved but the handset was full of other problems:
1) The body was damaged so badly
2) Bad sound Quality
3) No enhancement support
I submitted the cell once again to the Nokia care center and output is that I am waiting till today (12th Sept. 2007). I haven't received the cell. Infact I complaint about it and what I got is nothing than waiting. These people always keep telling u to call lots of people and no one from them receives the call...
The people from Nokia care center are not to care customer but off course to torchure them very well...
I am frustrated by Nokia cell... AVOID USING NOKIA MOBILES ... plz...

Poor performance, delay in repair
I purchased nokia 3230(20500000941950)from big bazar durgapur,west bengal which started mail functioning after two months of use. I have given it for repair on 05/09/07 in durgapur nokia care (no:070906/35). Till date i have not received my mobile or any other communication. I have not expected such poor performance/service from a reputed make.
