Pathetic service!
I had given my Nokia 3250 for repair .Since i suddenly got a problem with the network.The phone was not catching network. I gave the phone on 9th of Aug 2007 at the Nokia care located in Indirangar & gave a delivery date of 17th Aug. The mobile is not under warranty.So they charged an initial fee of Rs 112. Even after frequent visits after the 17th the phone was not repaired.The kept telling that the phone has been sent to the head office for repair. The same story was told everytime. Finally today ie 29th of Aug i finally bursted out. After a lot of argument they told the mobile will be returned without being repaired.I agreed to it .But when that evening they returned the mobile and to my surprise the mobile was not even starting up.Forget about repairing it they spoil it even further.Now i cant even turn on the phone. And top of that they kept arguing telling that thats not their problem.
Does it make any sense???
At least expect to get the phone in the same condition as before... Isn't it a fair ask??? Trust me Nokia care is pathetic & ridiculous.

Poor service!
Nokia don't have ears to customer complains. After sales their service is very poor. I have been to their service center for few times to repair my phone and you can see a big queue standing in front of you from there you loose interest to forward to stand in the queue.
May be Nokia don't have ears due to their big pie of market share they enjoy today. Their phones always hangs the clarify of the incoming and outgoing voice is very poor in some phones. From my previous experience I have no interest to call or visit Nokia to get it rectified due to their "NO ears for customers" behavior. I am not sure how long Nokia will enjoy this privilege of having big pie of Market share is questionable??
Thanks for Nokia for their extraordinary poor service.

Nonservicing & misbehavior
I am from Bikaner (Rajasthan). I purchased a Nokia 2626 on 12th May 2007 from Nokia authorized retailer "Mobile House". But after 14 month it starting create problems of hanging. I submitted this handset 2 times to Nokia Care "Aditya Enterprises" but the didn't repair it properly & at last return handset with same problem. He also abuse me. I am very disappointed to see Nokia's hopeless service.

Poorest Service of Nokia Mobile
Dear Sir,
My mobile phone was showing contact service so firstly I went to nokia care, which is situated in Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad, they said we can not repair it you have to go our head office which is in Noida sec – 2.
I have submitted my mobile (nokia 6300) for repairing (phone is showing contact service) on 28 July 2007 time 12:36 at nokia care center situated in Noida Sec – 2 UP. On that date the front desk executive gives me expected date of delivery was 01 Aug 2007 time 16:00.
When I go there they said it is require replacement and they don't have stock. & Tell me to collect it after 7 days.
After 7 days when I call there they again tell the same story & post phoned the delivery for 3 to 4 days and it is going and going, now one month is over.
My set is lying with Nokia Care for more than a MONTH now DO you really want your customer to go for a legal help in this matter? I am very much irritated and would never recommend any of the Nokia products to anybody. I would rate this as the Poorest of the services that I had ever seen and most pathetic response to customer complaint. I assume that care line is meant for just saying Sorry to the customers and cannot help them in any regards. I would like to take this to media as well and would like to show the nation that what kind of services are given by so called world leader Nokia. (Anyways Media is also hungry about these kinds of issues).
I would seek an early response and quick action for this and I understand that you will appreciate my patience. Now I cannot withstand this anymore and would like to take serious action for this. ONE Month is good enough time for repairing/Replacing the set and if the set is not available in nokia care center it can be managed from any of the Dealers/distributors. I had never imagined this poor service from Nokia and if I get a chance I would definitely look to talk with your Customer Support Country Head. I hope I have made my points very clear and if I do not get a call from your and if this issue is not sorted out immediately, I am going to proceed with suitable action.

duplicate sim not activated till today.
my mobile No. is 09910835272. my first sim card rejected and i sumbited our first sim card in your G.T.Road Ghaziabad. and I purchase duplicate sim card in your branch office. but duplicate sim card is not activate till today.
I purchase duplicate sim card on dt. 20.08.07.
please solve my problem an urgent basis.

no matching of "26"character of battery
I HAVE A BL-5C BATTERY AND IT'S 26 CHARACTERS ARE "0670400462040N434C20422765". WHEN I VERIFIED IT THEN THERE IS NO RESULT SHOWN. PLEASE I REQUEST TO U THAT VERIFIED MY BATTERY WHETHRE IT IS OK OR NOT. IF NOT THEN TELL ME HOW CAN I REPLACE IT THROUGH U , BY NEW ONE.

N70 w/ BL-5C battery not included ifor replacement but exploded!
My N70 with BL-5C just exploded and the cellphone can not be turned on now.
Although there's no physical injury to me I want to file a complaint because I checked the serial of my BL-5C battery 2 weeks ago on Nokia's website (www.nokia.com/batteryreplacement/en) for their "SOP" in replacing the recalled batteries. And the result was that my BL-5C battery is not included for replacement.
My question now is: How come my battery exploded if it's not part of the recalled or for replacement? Can I file a complaint against Nokia for possible exposure to risk of injury considering that they assumed the battery is safe (not included for replacement) when in fact it was not?
