Nokia - complete customer apathy
I bought an N-73M on March 18th, 07, paid Rs.22,000 and till date have used it for a total of about one month (Note: I am writing this on 24th of July 07)! The product is great to store music, capture stills and videos, and works fine until you want to make a phone call. The damn thing can't convey what you are saying to the listener. Whats more, it shuts off on its own, without any warning whatsoever! So I kept carrying my reliable old samsung, just in case it was time to make a phone call.
Next, I went to nokia "CARE". Once, twice, thrice and the fourth time, they just hijacked the phone and now i keep calling up to find out the whereabouts of my N73! They tell me Nokia has a policy to replace the handset if you go to them 3 times in a row for the same problem. So I did check out this option, only for the Nokia care owner to tell me that they do not replace it with a new one. They give you a new phone, so the good thing is that the next time you go to nokia CARE, it wont be for the same problem! Wow, you have to admire the policies, the product, the service CARE, and Nokia! Amazing these guys hope to maintain their number 1 position worldwide, with such a mix to ensure complete customer apathy!!!

Mobile not repaired for past 16 days
I have given my handset 16days back. And was informed it wud take maximum on 3 days after i agree with the repair amount. Now its 10 working days after i agreed. And now also they are procrastinating... Excuse is 'The components are not available' ... Are the components getting manufactured after u get a defective handset.And for this rubbish service they charge Rs 112 if you don't want to get ur handset repaired from them after getting it inspected.
Is Nokia overlooking customer satisfaction has it already grabbed the market in india???

Irresponsibility of service centers!
I have one nokia 6020 mobile phone with imei no. 357937002880138... It trouble shot (automatically switch off) and give it for repair in shri shakthi communications, shakthi theater complex, coen road, hubli, karnataka, india on 21st may 2007. They repaired and give back on same date under the warranty period... And its again troubleshot, and i give for repair on after two days because of same problem, they repaired and give under warranty... after two weeks its again showing the same problem and i submitted mobile for repair on same service center...that time it was not under warranty... they provide service job sheet and estimated value amount wasrs.500... But afterwards they demandingrs. 2000. For repairing... And they are making delay also...
Now i have great suspicious about their activities because they already know the hand set warranty going to be over, so they temporally repaired and give back handset...

Non-receipt of headphone
I had purchased Nokia N-72 handset from NATIONAL ENTERPRISES, JALGAON (Maharashtra) which is the priority dealer of Nokia Mobile phones. Some accessories, including a HEAD PHONE also came with the phone. After 1 and half month, I realized that the HEADPHONE was not working properly. I went to the above shoppe and inquired about the warranty / guarantee. The shop informed me that there is a warranty of 3 months for HEADPHONE from the date of purchase. I was suggested to go to YASH MOBILE SERVICES, JALGAON, the authorized service center of NOKIA.
Accordingly, I went there on 1st June 2007 and submitted the HEADPHONE. A job sheet having no. 2240 was alloted to me and I was told this headphone will go to HCL INFINITE LTD, PUNE and I will get a new headphone within 15 days. But, till date, I have not got the same. I have been contacting YASH MOBILE and HCL PUNE in regular intervals, but the only answer I get is "THERE IS NO STOCK".

Horrible repair service
NOKIA has one of the most horrible service setup in india . If you are one if those whose nokia mobile has knocked off, check the astrology section. Something bad must be written about you.
I have given nokia mobile 6233 to Nokia Patel Nagar, New delhi , India office van job sheet number 1300100141. There is no news anything about the repair schedule. If you talk to representative of nokia care center, they will tell you horror stories of mobiles getting repaired in 2 months!! For me, 40 days have already passed and still no fedback Nokia help center is worst. They will ask full detail about the phone and if you donot give any one info, they will shoo you away.
I am totally fed up and vows not to buy a NOKIA in future.

Nokia 2310 is not working within week of purchase!
I have purchased Nokia 2310silver from Subhiksha Mobile Shop no F-4, Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi (India) Ph (011-64515846) vide invoice no 16565 dated 18/06/2007. Within one week of purchase of handset, the speakers (both) have konked off n not working. Also FM is not getting connected. The matter was taken up with the seller, who was very rude n abusive. Despite showing the invoice, the shop owner totally declined to replace the handset. Is this the kind of behaviour (abuses, rude talks, non cooperation) Nokia expect its customers to get from its retailers!!
Matter has been taken up with Nokia for replacement/repairs and reply is awaited. However the experience with Nokia and its retailer subhiksha mobile was pretty bad and not recommended for any fellow customer.

Irregularities of stores
I am disappointed at the way Subhiksha's mobile stores are giving service to the customers. It is more of a harassment than of a delight. I went to their store in Noida to purchase a new mobile in exchange for an old Erricson J200i. I was quoted Rs.700/- whereas their delhi store was offering Rs.1100/-. When I went to purchase from delhi store the person present denied the previous rate and quoted Rs.900/- , but handset was unavailable.
I again went back to Noida thinking that now since the difference is only Rs.200/- but to my surprise I was told that now the purchase rate is Rs.500 and I refused to do the deal.
I went back to your delhi branch and even they reduced the exchange price by Rs.100/-. I think their employees are making huge money by this way which should be stopped

Poor service!
I bought a Nokia 3250 on 22/8/2006. I worked nicely and during Feb 2007, its display had a Mega Pixel problem. I went to Nokia Care center and there the person in charge saw that. He replaced the display with a another nokia 3250 which was there with them (i again emphasis the fact that they did not replace with a new one, rather changed it with the one already existing with them). But all in all my purpose was served that's why it did not matter for me that how they repaired it but it only mattered that my mobile got repaired.
Now my mobile again had a problem, it is functioning all right but without display. I again went to the Nokia care. He opened the mobile and showed me the back of mobile's screen. There according to him was a spot which indicated that some liquid went into the mobile. I assured the person that the mobile was in my pocket and was working well but when its battery finished and i charged it, its display was gone.
That person insisted me that i may go to Chandigarh, but refused to listen me any more. I just want to ask nokia whether we, the customer are at the mercy of these people. I am assuring this thing that no liquid went in.
It is not a big thing for me to get the display changed for Rs.2000/- (as I confirmed its price). But please tell me that why the customer is left a the mercy of this kind of rude people, who don’t know the value of a customer and neither they know how to deal with them.
I request nokia to get my mobile repaired through that very person or tell me not to buy a nokia product in future.

Behave with rustically
I am having mobile 9314503532. Yesterday i.e. on 22.6.2007 I received call from 01413103300 at 4 p.m. One lady was informing about not depositing bill, whereas I have as yet not received my bill. When I informed about all such facts, she behaved boorishly, and was talking in manner as if I was intentionally not depositing bill.
I am their pioneer customer and using service for last more than 4 years. Till date I have not crossed last date for depositing bill amount. All bill amounts have been deposited timely. But for the first time due to change of address, I could not receive bill. Not only this I have not received any message to this effect, else I could have clear the bill.
There may be a several reasons, but their subordinates I have no business to misbehave with the customer. Not only this I have registered my complaint at no. 51439850, yet no action has been taken.

Mobile not responding
I buy a nokia mobile on the date of 22/7/2006 but i got a lots of problem and all ready repair it two times but it is as the same position in this time. I fell a lots of problem regarding to this mobile, now it is hang out 6 to 7 times in a day and i cant able to use it properly! Help smb!
