I lost my mobile phone in around 1.30 p.m to 6.30 pm. on 09/05/2011 while Im in my working area (e4e healthcare service, kovilampakkam) I kept my mobile in ground floor in my locker. I have been an Autopage client for the past 10 years, have never defaulted on payments. I renewed my contract at your store in Vodaworld and received a faulty handset. Due to us leaving on holiday the same day we could only take the phone back on our return which was the 8th day. We were very rudely told by your consultant that he could do nothing. He suggested we do a software upgrade at home which would sort the phone out. We tried that but to no avail, went back to Vodaworld this past Saturday explained to your store manager Cyril that the phone was still not working and he again rudely and smuggly told us to send it in, Now my Question to you is how many more trips do I have to make to Vodaworld? Why is a new phone faulty? I renewed my other contract also with Autopage 1 year ago and that phone is also more at your repair centre then with me. I even upgraded my existing contract to get the phone i wanted and now i have no phone.

i was sent a message on 4th-05-2011 as at 10:22pm, that i have won 415, 000 pounds the payment number was sent to me and i was asked to send my name and age to this email [email protected] of which i did the following day morning i.e 5th -05 2011. and till date i have not received any message from nokia pls i want to know what the problem is .time is going i need to settle my school fees and my family problems as well. thanks

I had purchased Nokia E7 mobile on 24/04/2011 from nokia dealer at kalyan.There was an offer from Vodafone of 2GB/month free data download with this package.For activation it is mentioned that just insert the vodafone sim it will be activated.We have done that but the package was not activated.Then I contacted customer care 111 then they told me to visit Vodafone store.I had visited Store on 04/05/2011 and gave me the reply the offer was till 30/04/2011.Please note that there was not mentioned any validity period in the packet.Eventhough it is not my mistake and I have done the procedure as per the instruction given in the package in time.So I request you to please actvate this offer immediately or please let me know what I should do to get this offer activated.
