This is to bring to your notice that we being regular users of NOKIA mobile phones have recently stumbled upon an issue related to our mobile. We had bought the Nokia E63 mobile one and a half year back and it regularly had the problem of getting hanged while receiving calls. Now it so happened that today the display went off suddenly and now the technicians have suggested that it has a software problem and there is only 50 percent chance of it getting rectified which is not expected from the products of such a reputed company. It disappoints us as a regular customer. Request you to look into the matter and advise us as what can b done with regard to the same.
