To Whom It May Concern,
This is to bring to your notice the poor customer service provided by your company sale associate: Maria Paz on October 7, 2010. I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by your company sale associate at this time.
On October 07, I went to the T-Mobile store on 10730 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas 77093. Once inside the store the sale associate by the name of Maria was assisting a customer when she asked was I there to make a payment? I replied yes, she pointed to the line in the back of the store. About ten minutes of waiting another customer walked into the store and Maria asked her was she there to make a payment? The lady replied yes “I asked Maria is this the correct line you send me to.” She replied yes, I am not taking her payment I’m just telling her where the line is however; the lady stayed in Maria’s line.

After making my payment I noticed the lady was gone and I asked Maria did she take that customer payment. Her reply was no, this gentleman paid for her. I told her that is not fair because; I had to stand in line, she threw her hand up and said well he paid for her and the customers are always right. I asked her who am I?

Maria continued to assist the gentleman and never responded. Ms.Maria Paz made me feel devalued as a customer and was very disrespectful.

I am in the customer service industry and believe in positive customer experiences. I spoke with the store Manager Marc regarding the above mentioned, but his response was with no importance regarding the situation. This is what has prompted me to register a complaint against T-Mobile and its sale associates.

I have never had the occasion to complain about your services in the past and in view of such a good track record, yesterday’s service has been a big letdown.
I hope you look into the matter and ensure it is not repeated.
