When I phoned, the guy asked me if I could phone tomorrow, as he can't disguss the details of the sms with me now... The funny thing is when I asked him what the contents of the message was he couldn't answer me...

I don't own any nokia products, nor have I entered in any competition...

The following problems are mentioned in the job sheet

1. Poor battery backup.
2. Speaker problem.
3. Instrument gets hot.

I presented the instument on for repair(warranty period) but even afer 3 weeks they have not repaired the peice or given areplacement. When I call them they reply its not repairable and I will get a replacement call me next week to check the status, its happening from past three weeks and I get the same reply call me tomorow/next week.

I have visited Nokia care several time but there is no proper response, they ask me to call and check. Its really frustrating when they say they are out of stock when they have put up 100s of Nokia 6300 for sale in their Nokia outlets.

They say nokia connect people but they cant even connect my phone properly how will they connect millions.

I RECEIVED A TEXT THIS MORNING SAYING THAT I'M A WINNER OF A PRICE MONEY OF R950 000.00.MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THAT IS THIS A HOAX OR IS IT THE TRUTH? I WAS ASKED TO PAY A HUGE SUM OF MONEY BEFORE I COULD GET THE MONEY. THIS LADY GAVE ME THE ACCOUNT NUMBER WHERE I'M SUPPOSED TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY.
