Dear Sir/Mam,

I Kunal Mahajan Having a Nokia Mobile N73 music edition.I buy this handset from Ludhiana Kipps Market Showroom on 11-Dec-2008.During these 6 months i am facing a problem many times, So i go for repair at your Nokia Care( Model Town Centre).Our mobile problem is Charging, Back Heating & Joy Stick problem.I submit my mobile at your nokia care centre many times.But I am not satisfied regarding my mobile. At last time Mr. Jaspal & Mr. Money who is the incharge of the centre was called me take my mobile for few days and said me that i wiil changed your mobile from head office. After few days when he gave me my mobile i am facing same problem & he said me that your mobile got changed by Nokia Head Office. But i dont if my mobile has got changed (internally only) then why my mobile give me same problem.I am having my last job sheet no. which was given by nokia care centre when my mobile submitted for change. My last job sheet no.123433527/090620/56.Kindly help me regardin this matter beacause if there is no solution then in this case my mobile can blast.My Contact No. 098886-00940 Please help me & solve out my problem...
