delay in service and i feel its of mere waste doing the service too

I bought a nokia 2760 mobile in a near by shop CENTURY CELLCOM, PONDICHERRY, 4 months ago and the day 5 of its usage my mobile got hanged and when i went to the shop i bought theysaid its just a virus problem it will be ok and if the problem continues you directly go to NOKIA care and i had the same mobile hanging and slow processing after immediate ten days so i went to the nokia care they said its some ELS problem and they updated my SOFTWARE i guess but again after few days i got the same prob now. i have given my mobile to NOKIA CARE and they said they have sent my mobile to NOKIA company . its 20 days long i have given to service but still they have not turned up and they are refusing even to give a spare mobile for me for usage so, i request you to help me.
