My Nokia Handset(Model No:6085) was not functioning prperly. Looking at the signboard of Authorized Care Centre of Nokia Mobile Phones, I dropped at KDB Telelinks Pvt. Ltd. Jessore Road, P.O. East Udayrajpur, Madhyamgram 24 PGS(N), Kolkata 700129 on 14.07.2009.
They have checked my handset and said it is not under warrant. Rectified the problem(FLEX/IC) and charged me 850.00 INR vide their cashmemo/Invoice Cum Challan No.155 dated 14.07.2009.
I have paid the bill. Later on I find that on the above mentioned memo the words' "Authorized Care Centre of Nokia Mobile Phones" has been carefully striked of.
I have a fealing that I am cheated.
