I purchased a Nokia Handset from Mobile Store Mulund in the month of Nov 2010, A month ago i.e in Feb my phone automatically switched off an wasnt switching ON also it wasnt showing File Manager option so i gave my phone to Nokia care and they informed me that they wil have to send my phone to Delhi after 15-20 days i got my phone back also the Handsfree which i got when i purchased the phone were not working so they gave me replacement. Now on Saturday 16th April i was sending some wallpapers via Bluetooth my phone again switched off and its not switching On again also the Handsfree which i got replaced are not working. Now again i will have to give my phone to Nokia Care an wait for 15-20 days an when i will get my phone back i will loose my contacts, wallpapers, messages etc...
I dont want that phone repaired i want a new Handset as its a faulty Handset.
