Cant call or sms number not available on network

I am surprised that oftel has not yet intervened because they are still selling online top up vouchers. This company should be immediately put on hold. I bought ten pounds voucher but I couldnt top it up or get my money back. I still have some amount left too. All their contact numbers are not working.
