Paid to Nonoh.net for VoIP service to make international calls.

I was able to make only one call in the begining, then all calls were dropped after few seconds. Contacted Customer support, they promised to fix it. After more than a month nothing has been fixed. Asked for a refund and returning remainng balance. My request was ignored by customer service staff and instead another suggestion to make a new call, which failed as well. Asked for a refund again. No reply. The history of calls shows a clear picture about the low quality of service and a money wasting machine:
