I sent my phone reguistered mail in June and have the reciept #

1. Went to AT & T was told to sent the phone to the company and call the company for a RNA# 4-----

2. Got the return # was told to make sure is was on all four side of the box, done .

3. Over 2 months later, went to AT & T they tryed calling several times and could NOT find this return with calling Samsung several times themselves no tracking of the phone.

4. Went back to AT&T in Juneau, AK 99801, I would not leave until this was resolved, we still to this day have not seen the phone . We gave all the information to Samsung several times and still no response

5. The order is under Norman Zura # 907-209-6420. We have the USPS tracking showing it was signed by your company on June 11th at the Texas office.

6. We must be reimbursed for this some how.
