Third party charges appeared on my husband's company phone bill. The third party is USBI and they are billing on behalf of Norristown Telephone. Apparently, a woman by the name of "Janice Walls" is ordering something on the internet and is charging it to my husband's fax number. I called USBI and they are reversing the charges. I also called AT&T and placed a block on my husband's account against third party charges. This is the second time I have had to call AT&T and USBI about this happening. The block that I put on the account fell off for some reason. AT &T not only put a block on the account, but also flagged the account with the woman's name that is commiting the fraudulent activity.
