This company has been "slamming" me for the last 4 months with a 15.69 charge on my home phone! I have been calling for the last 6 hours and no one will answer the phone. I keep getting a recording saying the office is closed and will reopen during business hours. I am outraged that such FCC rules would allow this type of stealing to occur. The only progress I have made is submitting an online complaint to USBI. The reply email stated it would take up to 5 days to respond. AT&T told me not to pay the charges, but I need a refund of the money I already paid. I will continue to investigate this "thief" until I am refunded my money!
