some staff are not doing their jobs. race diffrerence. superviser kim yates is not giving cliants their rights. she is lying to them about they cant get a caseworker or in other words if a whitye person feels more comforable with his/her own race she will not let them choose. people are running out of medication and staff are not giving them appointments or helping them refill meds. some cliants have need financial aid and have no means of transportation. so some of the staff dont help. some cliants have even had been put out on the streets from their lack of effort
