North Country Auto Reviews

Hurt granny February 25, 2010
vehicle can not pass state inspection
I purchased a vehicle with a warranty from the dealer October 2009. The inspection sticker was over 8 months old at that time. The manager "Jason" told me that he would take care of the inspection later as well as an oil change and a carwash. Several weeks went by without a returned call from the dealership.
I took the vehicle to my mechanic and he said that the vehicle had a rusted frame and brake lines. The car was unsafe to drive and could not be inspected because of the frame rot. I called to speak with the owner of the dealership, Randy Norsworthy, several times. He never returned my calls. I finally spoke with "Tom" who told me there was nothing that could be done because it had been over 30 days since my purchase. I explained that I had purchased a warranty from Jason for almost $2000.00 and that I was promised several things on the day I picked up my car. Tom said that rust is not a covered item with the warranty. I feel violated. I feel like I am just another old lady that was scamed by a slick salesman.
