I am using Visa card of NorthEast Credit Union since four years, well, I didn't had any major issues with this bank but the employees are bit lazy I have noticed. Factually, I was trying to inform the company that my visa card is lost but no one aid attention. In spite of calling them and informing that my visa card is lost they keep my phone on hold just to write down some details to cancel it. It was really annoying experience regarding this company who does not care their customers. Unwillingly I closed my account with the bank and opened a new account in other bank; my major transactions were carried through this bank. North East Credit Union should take actions for the problems their members are facing then only they can gain the trust of people.
