I was upset when I got a package of Northern bath tissue, which I have used

Northern for years and noticed the roll is half an inch narrower. I

complained to the company which in turn told me I was getting the same amount for

the same price! Yea right! Now the new package I just bought, there is a

definite difference in the circumference of the cardboard tube by a least

half an inch!! We are getting ripped off right under our noses and what can

we do??
