When my mother bought her car in 2007 - she was refused live insurance. My dad was put in a home in 2010. We went to the local ford dealer for help to reduce payment amounts or buy back the car - to no avail. My mother passed away on Jan 02, 2011. Again I went to the ford dealer for help - to no avail. I have driven and owned a ford for 30 years and just bought a 2010 F150 in October. The ford service is great, but they wont get my money or business anymore either because of the incosiderate behavior portrayed by the dealership. My next vehicle will be a Dodge and I will encourage anyone that I can to not purchase a FORD product.
