I broke my hand and went to the emergency room. They x-rayed my hand, splinted it and told me to follow up with Dr.Knierim. I made an appointment at the facility and the temperary splint was replaced with a velcro removable splint. I payed my office visit and they sent a claim for $467.00 for surgery to my insurance co. I was then liable for the amount and no surgery was involved.
