I want to get a loan for a commercial R/E deal. I was thinking about using Mark Honnell at Northpointe Funding to place the loan. But I heard he charges large upfront fees and doesn't deliver on his promises i.e. getting the loan done. Does anyone know anything about this? Is it true?
