I payed for nortin twice this year still screwed up. Talked to a rep online. They found i am payed and not activated. They called me on telephone trying to fix this. [I couldn't understand him [foreign] he couldn't understand me [stroke disability] nothing got fixed. Virus protection still RED. Have no idea of the numbers.
