I have been experiencing trouble getting my web page via internet explorer. Telecom could not solve this problem and advised me to contact Norton and ask them to uninstall my computer protection and see if I could get onto the internet in an attempt to localise the problem . Norton wasn't the problem so it seems and the guy I was speaking to said that he would send me a memo telling me how to get my norton back on. No email other than one above a survey. My internet is now working at present but I have no protection whatsoever. Please advise urgently. I spoke to a man on the O8OO line telling me to log onto WWW.Norton.com/link but I could not understand a word he was say. I went into a website and it seems that other people have had the same problem as I'm having. I hung up on him because he was making no sense at all.
