Had Norton on computer got the Norton 360 upgrade. After installation it said computer was at risk, when I went to run a scan it would not run. Got online with Symantec and let their tech into our computer to check the problem. AFTER about 3 hours they asked if they could uninstall the program and then install it again. I said yes. When they did the program and the person REMOVED my ACT (a huge database program) from my computer completely. When I asked I was told all was working and all the problem had been corrected. Well, my ACT PROGRAM was not in my computer - ALL COMPANY FILES HAD BEEN DELETED. We use this program for all contacts, calls, history, quotes, etc. for our business and it goes back to the 1990's. Norton and ACT were previously sent out by the same people. But now they said "We no longer sell that program nor do we support the program" Their program automatically deletes ACT. It cost our company time and money. Thankfully, this was not on our primary computer and we back up or it could have ruined us. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE NORTON AGAIN.
