I am trying to cancel a recent dowload that was purchased on line for the norton 360 version 2. - Soon after the download my internet went down and after 3 hours with sbc (my internet carrier) and another $60 to talk to another tech support team, because the others I spoke to were unable to clear up the problem i had to remove the program from my computer. I want to be reimbersed for the 59.99 that it cost me to purchase the program. And don't know where to turn. - please help !
