I purchased Norton 360 software upgrade on line. The Symantec Store sent me a bill where they charged me credit card
for the product. The product key will not work . They say it is not a valid key. Been online all day with tech support
they can not seem to fix the problem. Need to know how to get in touch with a person to get credit or get the problem fixed.
