I purchased the Norton Version 360 2.0 upgrade on 08/14/2008. I did not download the program because my computer was struck by lightening the same evening, I have tried to contact symantec and they have informed me that I must go through this website. I paid $59.95 to down load the program. I did not. I have since purchased this new computer and have paid the geek squad to down load the Norton product in my new computer.
