I received my Citi Mastercard bill and I was charged $49.99 for a Norton Annual Renewal. I do not use Norton products anymore and I want the charge reversed. In addition, I do not want Norton or any other entity to automatically charge my credit card for anything. I want this charge removed immediately. I would appreciate a timely response to my concerns.
