I have had norton porducts for years. This year I purchased a 3 pack - Antivirus, Confidential, Internet security. Installation was ok. Had a problem several months ago and useed the Service Chat. They worked on my computer for supposedly 12 hrs (had it locked up) - never fixed the problem. Had another problem last week. Warning stated my subscription was up - only 6 months old. Used the support chat and the tech worked on it for 1 hour - rebooted - never came back on. He made changes in my registry and disabled my entire computer. When I called in I was told by several "managers" that they would not assist me and I would have to call microsoft to get it fixed. They would not pay if the was a charge. They went on to say if I got it fixed I could call back in and they would reinstall Norton - RIGHT! Their Tech support do not know what they are doing - DO NOT BUY NORTON PRODUCTS! My compuer had to be completely reimaged to correct what thy did.
