I bought the download version of Norton Antivirus on 1/27/09 and as soon as I started downloading it my computer crashed. It was so infected with viruses it was too late to save it. I am not blaming the download of course, I just wanted to know how I can get a refund of the $59.99 or at least the opportunity to use it on another computer at another time. If you can't help me can you send me in the right direction. I have no receipt as I had no time to print it. All I have is my back withdrawal to your company.
