Attempted to renew Norton AntiVirus Prof. Subscription online. Attempt failed but only after I gave my credit card information. I was contacted later same day (9/24) by a tech person by phone who also needed my credit card info. Tech person successfully renewed my subscription but my credit card got charged twice for the same service.
