Charge for service never received
I was charged for service I never received. My credit card
charges are $59.99 and $3.99. I want a credit for these
charges that I didn't receive and don't have.

Conect code: 242938 - Case #493097451. I have been trying to request a refund for a subscription renewal I had not finalized with Symantec for Norton Internet Security. The chat dialog I was having regarding the refund request ended when I was asked to "hold" and I can not reconnect to the chat room.

Unauthorized credit card charge
I received a credit card charge of $53.51. I have not used Norton since May 7, 2008. They did not have auto-renewal authorization.
Norton is terrible and I would never use their service again!

Charged my account without providing me download access via e-mail
I bought Norton Internet Security online, but I was not sent a a download access via my e-mail as has been the practice. My account was charged without my having the software download.

Had to get my computer serviced to be able to get back into it.
Decided to update the security package with them. I was online to do this with representative. He remoted to my laptop to help me. It took almost 45 minutes. Once it was done, I stayed online for 30 min and shut it down. When I went online again, I couldn't even sign back on. Now, I can't sign on to the website to cancel the whole thing. It's already cost me $75 for the service and none of my emails are getti g through. norton has already charged my account for $49.95 for screwing up my computer. Can anything be done to get my money back?

I was not given notice that a charge was coming through your company, I do not need your services so please reimburse me this fee

non receipt
i attempted to download norton security o/n5974385815 on 31jan2009 which partially downloaded but never validated and i never received a product code however i have ben charged for this product.
