bought antivirus norton internet security 2009. stalled, my com bad, so I tried live one care... worked awsome. Tried Kasoersky... worked awsome. tried Trend...worked awsome. Trials are over. so I am trying norton again. Strill shit. Customer care "escallation " can not get the index out of their rectom because they can not figure it out either. After hours of them with remote access they still have a stinky index finger. Most of them have names I can not even pronounce. They will not even acknowledge their product IS crap. I dfeel sorry for norton. They had a good product once but I recommend everyone else but them for reliability and customer service. Hell... even Shaw Internet security is better
