I downloaded a free 30 day trial ware package which I canceled during the trial period because it did not perform as advertised. I was still charged 39.99 In addition I was billed for an even more expensive product which I did not order. My account was billed 64.99 for this product. I went through my Banks services and recovered my money. Now a month later I am again being billed for the same product which I never ordered and never received. I am a Senior citizen and I live on my social security. Because of the actions of this company I had to borrow money to pay my rent. I will be filing a complaint with the Ca. Dept of consumer affairs if money is removed from my checking account again. I have made numerous attempts to cancel this product with no success. The links provide by Norton are bogus and do not work.

I was billed twice via my credit card for DRI*SYMANTEC once for $89.98 and then six days later for $94.99. I most likely inadvertently did this myself. I would like to be credited for the $94.99 as soon as possible.

I was charged for an annual renewal for norton and I do not have it on my computer anymore, since I got a new one.
Contacted the support, right after receiving the email in which they told me about the upcoming renewal. The support told me they cancelled it on my demand - and just today I got another email telling me they charged my master card today. I am really pissed and angry right now. I'm gonna contact them again tomorrow morning and they better give me a refund during the next 7 days or else...!

I signed up for Norton Virus Protection and its not what I want. I tried through Norton to cancel subscription and couldn't do it. I learned how to do it yesterday by the website myord.com. I want my money back.
