norton security will not leave my computer alone i am going to write to newspapers to have them investigate

they charged my credit card and i did not get the download

I purchased the system yesterday for $59.99 and have spent many, many hours to try and complete their many downloads and requests and still they have not completed my installation. My reason for purchasing is that every time I went on line their advertising came up and made it difficult to continue other things on my computer. I then decided to purchase it to get rid of them but now after purchasing it they are making it VERY difficult to complete the installation. I am asking them for a refund of my $59.99 and that too they are making it very difficult. Can you help? My email is [email protected]

charged twice for Norton Securities only downloaded one, pls remove $79.99 charge on my credit card
