My password needs to be changed everytime I try to use it and my phishing keeps going off. This has been going on for along time and he kept telling me it was because I have IE 8.0 version. I just updated to that a few days ago. So that is not the problem. It is terrible that your chat person did not understand and was rude. I still have this problem and am tired of dealing with it. The password problem from the begining and the phishing for months now. If this can not be fixed I will be looking for another security system.
