I have recently seen a charge posted on my credit card account for an unwanted renewal of $59.99. In the first place when originally order in March 2007, the product did not and would not work in my computer. It caused my internet service to be dropped and after having to "clean" my system, I dropped the Norton and returned it to your company. I need for you to re-credit my account. And I do expect and email and credit showing on my account within the next billing cycle... Charles T.
