up dates aren't getting completed
i have had norton coming on telling me the dates aren't up to date..and when i try to have it fixed it won't go..i have followed the instructions and turned my computer off to restart to reload...but still i don't get the updates completed..please get back to me..the code i was given was 246612

unauthorized renewal
1-800-379-2566...this # will get you desired results, but be advised they tried to tell me my email address, also my phone # did not exist in their data base, but then they were able to find me when I started raising cane.
This was an infuriating experience! Good luck to others who have to deal with this!

subscription charge
You have renewd my subscription without my authorization - my old computer was not working and I had to purchase a new one.
I purchased a new Dell at Best Buy and they loaded my new computer with their spyware - consequently do not need your services - but you did put the fee on my Visa; therefore, please arrange for a credit to be issued. Also, I do plan on going to the bank on Monday to put a hold on this payment. Thanks for your cooperation.

Unauthorized renewal charge
I was charged $49.99 for an annual renewal on an anti-virus on my Discover Card 3/21/08 that was not authorized by anyone. I purchased an antivirus from Norton the previous year but it was horrible and I removed it from my computer. I have been unable to find anyone from Norton that will repay this charge. The number on my charge was 63433090BAV
