on 7/22/08 my computer sent me messages that my antivirus protection was to expire and i needed to order a new program which i did order the norton 360 verison 2 for 69.98 which was posted to my visa on 7/23/08 i have never been able to down load that program and i have no phone or address to reach this company to return and credit my visa account. i would like to return this product for a full refund since i cannot download it.
