ordered a 2 year subscription of computer protection against virsus etc... product would not install, after downloading for the 5 time I recieved a flag saying I had a corrupted file and to uninstall "again" and download, still got the "corrupted file"--thank you very much NORTON.
Purchased a different protection. Requested a credit on my purchase which NORTON acknowledged.
Having just received my credit card billing it shows they did not credit my account as promised
