I used to see this caseworker awhile back, but I quit seeing him because he kept breaking confidentiality. Plus, he kept billing my insurance for dates that I wasn't even there. He also kept billing even when I was no longer seeing him. I reported him to my insurance company on several occasions and it finally got straightened out, but he's still working as a caseworker and I just don't think that's fair. He has caused so much harm and done wrong, you would think something should happen; you know. Does anyone know who I could go to over this, to report him for breaking confidentiality? I have a witness. And for also the insurance thing as well!? Any help anyone could give me would be very much appreciated.
