I have paid by credit card automatic deduction . While i was reviewing my account i find i am being billed twice. Once by AVG Amsterdam and again by AVG Cyprus all for the security and also for the Tune up. I have cancelled my credit card but i cannot contact either of the branches. I would appreciate any help.. I do like the product and will continue to use it

Paid early December 2013...kept getting notices that we lost our protection...could not reach by phone...finally registered online only to be told that we had already been registered...why was I getting these notices...and why can't I talk to a human online...why doesn't the AVG logo appear on my computer as it did previously????
