I always use the travel agencies for hotel booking since I thought that it's easy and cheaper than we booked via hotel front service. Agoda is one of travel agencies that I liked ! But this time, I would change my mind. I found that it's a bit tricky. On website, the price was quoted apprx 5100 incl Tax and service charge. This price was included Breakfast. When I checked -in, the hotel told me that the room type was only 4700 not incl Breakfast. Then, I called the AGODA - the staff said .they will charge me 5700 since it's high season and the hotel counter said this was the current rate during the long weekend. I refused the deal and blaimed them back. Then, they gave me discount...However, I don't think that it's correct. The price was not the same as shown in the website and when I shout, they said that they followed the hotel price and change back and forth. The service is very poor.
