On Feb. 17, 2010, I ordered a free sample of UltraRes via the internet. I paid the $3.95 shipping charge with my Discover Card via the internet. On Feb. 25, my credit card was charge $84.01 for UltraRes which I did not order and have not received. I have tried to call the company but all that happens is that I am put on hold. I was fraudulantly charged for something not ordered and wish to get a refund. I have a dispute against the charge with Discover Card.
