Supposed frial charge resulting in numerous $79 and $80 unauthorized charges to my credit card. Tried to call to resolve, long wait times, no return calls, finally spoke to Khalib...rude no satisfaction. I did not read anywhere in the fine print that I was joining anything. I would never have agreeed to this. I have not even used the "free sample". I have tried to get a refund and was told by Khalib that it was too late they already charged my credit card. I have now found out that they have continued to charge my credit card even after I have called my credit card company and spoke to two people including their fraud specialist Marco. I am thoroughly disgusted with this scam. Shocked to see this has been going on for quite some time and is still happening. Too bad I didn't think to google this company before I fell for the "free sample". I could have saved myself a lot of frustration and expense. Jodi if you are reading this I want a full refund. I am complaining to the Florida BBB and again to my credit card company.
